No Refund Policy

All sales of products and services through ProactiveCRM are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been processed. Your payment serves as your full agreement that all prior services have been satisfactorily completed to your satisfaction. Any claims regarding prior services must be made before submitting payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you accept our no-refund policy.

30-Day Notice Requirement

To discontinue services or terminate your agreement with ProactiveCRM, you are required to provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. This notice period allows us to properly wind down services and complete the necessary steps for a smooth transition. Failure to provide the required 30-day notice may result in continued charges for the final month of service.
